opening -

- ANAHATASANA (3-5 min)
- ANKLE STRETCH (1 min)
- BUTTERFLY (3-5 min)
- CATERPILLAR (3-5 min)
- CAT PULLING ITS TAIL (1 min/side)
- SPINX/SEAL (3-5 min)
- CHILD'S POSE (3-5 min)
