I like yoga. The slow simple movements relate my body to
its surrounding space and focuses all awareness on my spatial facts so
that my other more fluid levels of self can come to the forefront and
dance for me in my head...and attune themselves with these body
sensations that are going on so intensly as I streatch and breathe.
Alot of understanding comes out of opening to feeling on multiple
levels at once and seeing what sensations and thoughts arise at
similar times. Metaphoric rational abound.
